Hello Gloriana, My partner and I purchased lot #4 at Osa Mountain Village, here is a link.

We found this site and then researched through dottarchitecture. The modern architecture style and layout and Square Footage of the SIH house speaks to our taste in architecture as well as our fairly tight budget range which appears to be similar to your previous client for the SIH home.

We are interested in learning about employing your services for this project. We are ready to begin the design research and planning phase shortly and would make our trip down accordingly.

In terms of time frame for build, we have a home in fort lauderdale florida that we just listed on the market. When it sells we are using those funds for the actual build.
